“Bultex 99” Ltd. adapts and improves the work environment by implementing a project under the “Human Resources Development” Programme 2021–2027

Plovdiv, 11 December 2024 “Bultex 99” Ltd. has launched the implementation of Grant Agreement BG05SFPR002-1.004-2417-C01, “Adapted Working Environment at ‘Bultex 99’ Ltd.,” funded under Procedure BG05SFPR002-1.004, “Adapted Working Environment,” under the Human Resources Development Programme 2021–2027 (HRDP), co-financed by the European Union through the European Social Fund.

The objective of Project BG05SFPR002-1.004-2417-C01, “Adapted Working Environment at ‘Bultex 99’ Ltd.,” is to implement effective measures and models for adapting the company’s working environment to meet the new challenges associated with the transition to a climate-neutral economy and changing work patterns. The total project budget is BGN 266,286.30, of which 80% (BGN 213,029.07) is grant funding provided by the HRDP, and the project duration is 12 months—from 10 December 2024 to 10 December 2025.

The project activities involve developing and implementing “green” models of work organization in accordance with the specific nature of the individual workplaces in the company; purchasing personal protective equipment (PPE) and special workwear; and providing employee benefits for the staff of “Bultex 99” Ltd.

The ultimate result of the project’s implementation will be improved working conditions for those employed by “Bultex 99” Ltd. and support for achieving even better results in the performance of their duties. Ensuring an even higher level of safety and health in the workplace will increase the competitiveness and motivation of employees and have a lasting impact on their professional development.

“Bultex 99” Ltd. is one of the first companies to implement and promote occupational health and safety and has often been a source of innovative approaches and services, establishing new standards and quality on the market. In this respect, the results achieved through the successful implementation of this grant agreement will undoubtedly be replicated among other companies, contributing to improved social conditions for employees in the sector, increased labour productivity, and the provision of healthy and safe working conditions.
