200 kW for the production of energy from renewable sources for self-
self-consumption at the commercial facility and office of “Bultex 99” Ltd., combined with
local energy storage facilities (batteries)”
Plovdiv, 17 March 2025. “Bultex 99” Ltd. announces a procedure involving a public invitation for the selection of a contractor for “Design and execution of construction and installation works for the construction of a photovoltaic installation with an output AC capacity of 200 kW for the production of energy from renewable sources for self-consumption at the commercial facility and office of “Bultex 99” Ltd., combined with local energy storage facilities (batteries).” The procedure is being implemented under the Administrative Contract for the Provision of Grant Funding under procedure BG-RRP-3.006, “Construction of new renewable energy sources for self-consumption in combination with local energy storage facilities in enterprises,” as part of the “Economic Transformation Programme” investment under the “Smart Industry” component of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan.
Potential contractors will be required to carry out the following sub-activities:
• Preparation of design documentation in accordance with the requirements of the Spatial Development Act – Working/Technical Design. The documentation shall be prepared by licensed designers, coordinated with the Final Recipient, and approved by the relevant authorities (where necessary), in accordance with Bulgarian legislation;
• Obtaining all necessary opinions and permits in accordance with Bulgarian legislation and the lawful commencement of construction and installation works;
• Construction of a photovoltaic installation /construction and installation works/ with a total capacity of 172.8 kWp for the production of energy from renewable sources for self-consumption at the commercial facility and office of “Bultex 99” Ltd., combined with local energy storage facilities (batteries) with a capacity of 214 kWh. The photovoltaic system shall be installed on the roof structure of existing buildings in regulated plot 97, area 224, village of Trud, Plovdiv Region;
• Consulting services of an engineering and technical nature.
