Procedure for selection through a public invitation to select a contractor for “Design and
construction and installation works for the construction of a photovoltaic installation with a total capacity of
172.8 kWp for the production of energy from renewable sources for own
consumption at the commercial premises and office of “Bultex 99” Ltd., combined with
local energy storage facilities (batteries) with a capacity of 214 kWh”

Plovdiv, 29 August 2024. “Bultex 99” Ltd. announces a procedure for selection through a public
invitation to select a contractor for “Design and construction and installation works for the construction of
photovoltaic installation with a total capacity of 172.8 kWp for the production of energy from
renewable sources for own consumption at the commercial premises and office
“Bultex 99” Ltd., combined with local energy storage facilities
(batteries) with a capacity of 214 kWh”.

Potential contractors will have to carry out the following sub-activities:

• Preparation of design documentation in accordance with the requirements of the Spatial Development Act –
Detailed/Technical Design. The documentation must be prepared by
qualified designers, coordinated with the Final Recipient and approved by the relevant
authorities (where necessary), in accordance with Bulgarian legislation;

• Obtaining all necessary opinions and permits in accordance with Bulgarian
legislation and the lawful commencement of construction and installation works;

• Construction of a photovoltaic installation /construction and installation works/ with a total capacity of 172.8 kWp for
the production of energy from renewable sources for own consumption at
the commercial premises and office of “Bultex 99” Ltd., combined with local facilities for
energy storage (batteries) with a capacity of 214 kWh. The photovoltaic
the system is to be installed on the roof structure of existing buildings in regulated property
97, quarter 224, Trud, Plovdiv region;

• Consulting services of an engineering and technical nature.
